After eight years of bootstrapped growth, the Pune-based health-tech company secures its first external investment to scale AI-led healthcare innovation and build connected microclinic infrastructure worldwide.
Pune, November 2026: After eight years of building its business without external funding, Pune-based health-tech company Clinics On Cloud has secured USD 12.5 million in Series A funding from Dubai-based investors through Model42, powered by Enlightened Minds Investments.
The investment marks an important milestone for the company, which started with a vision to make preventive healthcare more accessible and is now preparing to take its technology and microclinic infrastructure to global markets.
Founded in 2018, Clinics On Cloud has grown to 3,500+ deployments, over 12 million health screenings and a presence across eight countries. Its technology has reached government health centres, hospitals, corporate campuses, rural communities and Indian defence establishments, including the Army, Navy and BSF.
Investing in the Next Phase of Healthcare Infrastructure
With the new funding, Clinics On Cloud plans to strengthen its AI-led healthcare capabilities, expand research and development, and accelerate the growth of its connected microclinic ecosystem.
Having established its presence through Health ATMs, the company has expanded its portfolio to include Health Lounges, Box Clinics and Mobile Medical Units. These solutions bring preventive screening, AI-assisted health insights and telemedicine together, allowing hospitals, pharmacies, healthcare entrepreneurs, corporations and government organisations to establish microclinics in workplaces, housing societies, malls and underserved communities.
The company also plans to collaborate with global healthcare innovators to integrate emerging AI and advanced screening technologies into its platform, making these solutions available beyond traditional healthcare settings.
"For eight years, we have built Clinics On Cloud with a simple belief that quality healthcare should never depend on someone's PIN code," said Abhay Agarwal, Founder & CEO, Clinics On Cloud.
"This investment gives us the opportunity to take that vision global. Healthcare technology is advancing rapidly, but the real opportunity is making these innovations accessible to people, wherever they are. That's the infrastructure we want to build."
UAE to Lead International Expansion
With the UAE positioned as its global expansion hub, Clinics On Cloud plans to pursue opportunities across Africa, the United States and Southeast Asia.
The funding will also support strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, technology companies and organisations looking to establish connected microclinics across different markets.
For Clinics On Cloud, the Series A investment comes after eight years of developing and deploying healthcare technology across diverse environments. The focus now is on taking that experience to a larger international market.
From an Indian startup built without external funding to a company preparing to enable a global network of microclinics, Clinics On Cloud is entering its next phase of growth.
